Bank of America
Vancouver, Washington
New construction of a bank branch in which Mechanical Inc. was a subcontractor for the mechanical work. Every project has unique obstacles and challenges. This entire project was to be completed in ninety days. One of the major challenges was getting the equipment and materials onsite in time to meet the schedule. Coordination with other trades was extremely important while installing the HVAC equipment and duct work. Excellent working relationships were developed and maintained for the duration of the project. It was finished on time and within budget. The success of this and all of our projects rely on the communication and skills of our employees.
