Mechanical Inc. was started in 1997 as Schnauzer Construction (dba) Mechanical Inc. Our company has three divisions: 1) Our first is Government. We have profiled many projects that we performed for various government agencies. Please refer to the government project profile tab. 2) Our second division is Commercial. We have provided many installations for construction projects of our private clients, in additional to sales and service. Please see our Commercial tab. 3) Our third division is Residential. We have many clients we have provided services for and are a preferred provider for service home warranty companies. Please refer to our Residential tab.
We are graduates of the Port of Portland Mentor/Protégé program and the City of Portland sheltered market program, as well as other programs related to OMWESB. We are certified by the State of Oregon as a WBE-MBE-DBE business enterprise. Our latest certification is FEDERALLY certified 8(a) Case # 112106.
