Founded in 1987 by Sharon Crymes, our company offers our customers a solid work force in several areas. We have experience in additions, remodels, tenant improvements, telecommunications, grocery, office, banks, medical, public and private education, and industrial. Our attention to detail throughout the mechanical installation process allows us to communicate with general and subcontractors in an expedient manner. We also have Mechanical Engineers on staff and we can economically produce stamped drawings for your design build projects. We are here to handle all of our clients Mechanical, HVAC and Service needs.
We are graduates of the Port of Portland Mentor/Protege program and the City of Portland sheltered market program. As well as other programs related to OMWESB. We are certified by the State of Oregon as a WBE-MBE-DBE business enterprise.Our latest certification is FEDERALLY certified 8(a). Case # 112106. We are also a certified sheet metal shop and training agent.

Project Overview
Every project has unique obstacles and challenges. This entire project was to be completed in ninety days. One of the major challenges was getting the equipment and materials onsite in time to meet the schedule. Coordination with other trades was extremely important while installing the HVAC equipment and duct work. Excellent working relationships were developed and maintained for the duration of the project. It was finished on time and within budget. The success of this and all of our projects rely on the communication and skills of our employees.

The PCC, Cascade Campus, Public Education Service Building project is a renovation and addition to an existing building which was formerly a grocery store. The barreled roof design of the grocery store has posed some unique challenges that the skill of our crew has overcome in a positive and innovative fashion. This project has been completed and the building is in operation providing an outstanding educational facility for PCC students.
